This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here) --Hrithikccc (talk) 13:50, 20 February 2017 (UTC) I want to claim that this shouldn't be deleted because it's teaching us how to wear Thigh High Fashion Boots. Since the wiki article doesn't have a detail on how to wear the boots hence I had included the relevant link. It cannot be called as promotional since there is no sell/buy of the product taking place there. I think it's more of an informational page.
