Hello, I'm an administrator here. Your username has been flagged up as unacceptable, and in breach of our WP:USERNAME policy. It certainly is likely to draw unwanted attention to you and all your edits, and could well be 'soft blocked' by another admin, giving you an opportunity to select a less disruptive- or offensive-sounding name. It would probably be better that you did immediately, either by requesting a change at Wikipedia:Changing username, or simply abandoning this account and starting afresh with a new account, never using this one again.
