Your account has been blocked indefinitely from editing because of the following problems: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

You may request a change of name and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions other than promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. - TNT 😺 22:27, 21 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I do not make money from doing math and the website does not generate any money. I understand that my username was too close to the website name. I'm a math enthusiast and can provide difficult proofs. I use Wikipedia all the time and was excited to see an opportunity to use my skills to contribute.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline as the subject hasn't responded in months. I would note to them that they're likely to be unblocked if they a) are aware that you can't supply "original research" to a site b) shouldn't link to a site they're linked to c) change their username. Editors who can review sometimes complex maths articles are welcome. Nosebagbear (talk) 21:48, 28 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@Highvoltagemath: Happy to unblock you (so that you can change your username), if you agree not to link to your website? - TNT 😺 23:32, 21 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@TheresNoTime: The link refers one to a mathematical proof which is what Wikipedia was requesting. "[This result needs concrete references, as I have been unable to verify it]" Please look at the proof; it is very long and I don't know how else to poste it. If I shortened it it would be less comprehendible to most readers because of it's complex nature. But I won't link it if that's not proper. Sorry thanks. Do you also understand that any proof that you found would be original research and not permitted on Wikipedia unless it is published in a reputable peer-reviewed academic journal or something similar? 331dot (talk) 15:17, 26 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
