Question for Oli

Your registered account, Hernalglutex, is not blocked. The IP that you gave us is blocked for use by anonymous editors, but not for registered accounts. Are you sure that you still cannot edit when logged in as Hernalglutex? To check this, try editing User:Hernalglutex/Sandbox and see if you get an error message when you try to save your change.
