Hi, just a quick note, on my talk page I have answered why I voted as I did, for all candidates and opposed all but seven, with a link to a more detailed answer on my Q&A page. In regards to your question, I havent answered them because I like to give very big answers and time has been a bit hard to come by due to my current work contract (which finishes on the 12th), and because I am trying to disprove very vague allegations about my involvement in an ethic dispute which has brought a rash of oppose votes, which makes your first question very interesting - I've lots to say there, but organising thoughts takes time. I just noticed this here, John, or I'd have replied sooner. Yeah, I saw why you voted as you did. I have to respectfully disagree with it, nonetheless. I just don't think at all highly of tactical voting, for one thing. I understand why it's done, but I don't agree with it, and seeing people do it lowers my opinion of how suitable they are for something like ArbCom (or other positions of trust).
On another front, the whole ethnic issue at your election page is genuinely concerning, and I understand why it's taking a while on my question. Unfortunately, at this point an answer to my questions is important, and I really need an answer to my question, as well as to one of BadgerDrink's, before I can be certain, and as time is running short, I've gone over to a (placeholder?) oppose because that's where I am at this point, which is to say if nothing changes. I hope you understand. Heimstern Läufer (talk) 12:57, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
