If you do, please keep the edit to a neutral point of view. Biased language like "ill-advised" and "strongly" denied, and characterizations of the evidence Diamond claims to have, have no place in the article. Keep it simple: he filed a response to the lawsuit, denying the claims (assuming that's what a source shows). Wikipedia is not a soapbox to push Diamond's characterizations of the lawsuit. It really stretches credibility to argue that you have no connection or even knowledge of Fizziest, when you edited two obscure spammy draft pages created by them and reverted an edit in an article to a previous version by them.
