While interesting, this is just a summary of your personal thoughts on the topic. Wikipedia articles, in contrast, are based on what has already been written about the topic. So for example you'd want to have sections where you cite/footnote to serious news/journal articles about the issues of hacking and ethics. It would need to be based on WP:Third-party sources, objective experts. Not just a personal essay.
