The criteria that the article is assessed against can be found at WP:NCOMPANY. Wikipedia bases its decision about whether an organisation is notable enough to justify a separate article on the verifiable evidence that the organisation or product has attracted significant coverage in multiple, independent, reliable secondary sources. That means unrelated to the organisation or product. Using the company's own website as references is not considered to be an independent source of information. Newspaper articles are generally considered to be reliable independent sources, as they have editorial oversight, independent of the organisation. You will need to ensure that they are not merely 'mentions in passing', which only establish the organisations existence but not necessarily notability. In addition the article needs to be encyclopaedic, establishing why the organization is notable not as it is currently written which tends to be full of promotional material about the company.
