Hi - Please can you read our guidelines before editing wikipedia. You should not delete material which has been properly sourced. You are welcome to add new material but it needs to be properly cited: please read WP:CITE and WP:RS. If you are adding new material I would suggest you add it in modest chunks so it can properly reviewed by other editors. Thank you. Dormskirk (talk) 00:10, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your observation. My error was not using the sandbox to ensure the new material was referenced and cited correctly before being published - ongoing process. I will ensure that all new info is cited correctly and accurately, in line with Wiki policy. For info, the current page contains out of date comtent and provides an inaccurate information source. Much of the cited information is no longer accurate. It is important that a balance is struck - if you should not delete cited information, how can you maintain an information source that is as close to the truth as possible? Hi - The existing material seems to have come from a broad range of sources, many of which will be beyond reproach. Historic information seldom ceases to be accurate. However if you believe any of the existing sources are unreliable you are welcome to make a case at the article talk page. Dormskirk (talk) 10:56, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. You are correct, the history is a matter of record, however the design, organisation and function of the Regiment has changed. I will use the talk page function to bring greater accuracy to the article. Thank you very much for your useful guidance. Domdavey (talk) 18:34, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
