Hello DisplayEcosystem. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to User:DisplayEcosystem, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being employed (or being compensated in any way) by a person, group, company or organization to promote their interests. Paid advocacy on Wikipedia must be disclosed even if you have not specifically been asked to edit Wikipedia. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:DisplayEcosystem. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose โ€“ e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=DisplayEcosystem|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken โ€“ you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits โ€“ please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 05:45, 24 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, surprised to see that page has been declined, but wiki is now in stagnation mode. While so much to the pillar of free knowledge, its editorial health and community openness need revitalization for sure. PIYUSHPRIY (talk) 09:13, 11 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:DisplayEcosystem, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose โ€“ e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=DisplayEcosystem|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธโ€๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆโ€๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ 08:55, 9 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

  • I see that at Wikipedia:Help desk you wrote "This page is being created for a government organization, which operates under the Ministry. Therefore, it should not be considered as a paid contribution." I have no idea where you get that idea from. Since your editing is done as part of your job, for which you are paid, it is paid editing, and there is no such thing as editing which is paid but is not "considered" as paid. Please do not edit again without fully complying with the requirements relating to paid editing; if you do you are likely to be blocked from editing by an administrator.
  • Although the messages above concentrate on the issue of paid editing, there are other related matters covered in the guideline on conflict of interest, and it would be advisable to look at that before doing any more editing. JBW (talk) 10:08, 9 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I am not a paid editor at all, this is all about a public program which is enforced by Republic of India for past few years, and we want to make a resourceful page with accurate details so that people are aware about actual progress and matters, I am a Scholar and it's my area of expertise. it's all-academic not getting paid for a single line. so if you can help me get this page posted, it will be very helpful. thank DisplayEcosystem (talk) 11:37, 9 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You say "we want to make a resourceful page with accurate details". Who are "we"? On your user page you say " Iโ€™m involved with India Semiconductor Mission in a professional/personal capacity". What capacity? How are you involved? JBW (talk) 20:27, 9 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Here "we" stands for a group of professionals working in this emerging sector in India, and we are on the frontline of this project along with the opportunity currently being provided by various leaders in semiconductor industry. To understand that at depth you have to first understand this industry, there is a reason why its most complicated technology.
Further, wiki was an open forum but its kind of tricky and unclear for scholars like us to put our input. more hostile when every other day someone keep threatening to delete your draft or your account.
If there are someone who is willing to help us, you are more than welcome. DisplayEcosystem (talk) 05:50, 10 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@DisplayEcosystem leave it brother, its a waste of time on wiki now, they are already outdated and will be in a museum wall soon. PIYUSHPRIY (talk) 09:16, 11 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
JBM, even for you its very low, does any paid page look like that ??? not to mentioned so much for free speech and open editing, wiki is now chaos. PIYUSHPRIY (talk) 09:15, 11 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on your user page, User:DisplayEcosystem, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Your recent article submission has been rejected and cannot be resubmitted. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by CSMention269 was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Only press mentions won't help you to pass WP:NORG. Rejected. Kindly talk to me about any other issues.

Great to know, I am done with wiki things, it will remain an outdated thing. DisplayEcosystem (talk) 07:17, 10 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia have all kind of pages which contain X, Y Z data which is unverified and false, I understand that because what your editor team cannot understand, even how much logical and accurate. whatever your mechanism is for wiki its outdated and poor. Good Day. DisplayEcosystem (talk) 07:21, 10 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
The topic is part of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. So you may merge few simplified information of the mission to the page, instead of creating a separate one, because it requires WP:NORG criteria to pass, which isn't in this case. Sorry for your fustration. โ˜ฎ๏ธCounter-Strike:Mention 269๐Ÿ•‰๏ธ(๐Ÿ˜ โ— ๐Ÿ—จ๏ธ โ— โœ‰๏ธ โ— ๐Ÿ“”) 07:31, 10 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
