Notability of Tommy Hayes

This article keeps getting deleted and recreated, and I don't think you understand why. You need, first of all, to create the article with enough context so people know what it is about. This appears to be about some sort of athlete but you don't mention which league, or for that matter even what sport he plays. Second, you have not indicated how he is notable in an encyclopedic context. These issues have to be resolved at the time the article is created or it will be tagged for deletion again.
