Hello Belbury, I found the Dubai Marina area guide on Bayut quite informational and detailed that's why used it as a reference. The issue was mostly the heavily promotional style of writing (eg. With so many luxury brands and high-street businesses, Dubai Marina Mall and Ibn Battuta Mall appeal to shopaholics.), but yes, you should also use reliable secondary sources rather than real estate websites. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.
