- It appears that vandal is back, so - since he hacked your account and dragged you into this - I wanted your input on what I should do. I can report them to the admins, and also take them here because of their username. Also I think this person is someone I ticked off by undoing their edits because they were not aware of Wikipedia's rules so they created a "sock puppet" to get back at me. So I could report them for sock puppet abuse and have the admins run a Checkuser which would determine what other Usernames they may have. So, if I report them for simple vandalism, the vandal's one account will be blocked for a few days to a few months; if I report their username, that username will be permanently blocked; but if I report them for sock puppet abuse, the person could be hit with a permanent ban of all of their Usernames from ever using Wikipedia again. Do you think a permanent ban is too harsh or should I continue hoping that this person becomes a good, rule following editor? CIGraphix (talk) 16:34, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
