It's a place where you could install "user scripts" - see Help:Javascript. But scripts put here would only work with the old MonoBook "skin." You can see which "skin" you are using by clicking "My preferences" at the top of the page and then the "Appearance" tab. The default skin nowadays is "Vector", and scripts to work with that would need to be installed in User:Chrisrus/vector.js. JohnCD (talk) 21:36, 5 November 2011 (UTC)
