Could you tell me what you mean by inappropriate edits? As I have explained the article I drafted for review has been addressed lower down this talk page below where we are talking about the article in question. I have already requested username change with big explanation for the edits in question, you are making this extremely difficult to do anything for people who have made genuine mistakes, so yes I have addressed the inappropriate edits. Hi, I would like to resubmit the article for review after it has been rewritten from a neutral point of view, although I have been blocked from editing. I have requested a name change so that I follow the username policy, and thought I originally disclosed a paid contribution, which I have now checked and only put a disclosure of conflict of interest. To make the changes required, I need to be unblocked, but apart from the above mentioned reasons, don't think I have broken any other policies, which I have acknowledged and was a mistake on my half. Hi I am starting to get really frustrated now, as I have made a genuine mistakes and addressed them to be unblocked to make the changes required to comply with Wiki policies, but no administrators seem to want to be of any help, it has been addressed and it will be fixed, but can not do that if I am not unblocked. If there is a reason for the block that i haven't acknowledged, then could you let me know rather than just rejection after rejection, its like you are trying to make it as difficult as possible

There is no need to speak to people like that. There have been edits done previously from his account not relating to the organisation, which you would see if you actually took the time to go through it, but cant make edits even unrelated ones if I am blocked. 331Dot is very rude, please have some more manners, this is clearly becoming a targeting campaign against this account now.
