- That it's your own content is not relevant, I'm afraid. That you fail to recognize/acknowledge the promotional nature of your deleted sandbox saddens me. It was pure ad copy. Due to this and the apparent WP:conflict of interest, I cannot see unblocking you to write about KBD Talent Forge. Please describe the non promotional, non conflict of interest edits you would make to help build the wonder of the world that is this encyclopedia. [edit]You said About Us and continued in the first person, we and our. You have an obvious conflict of interest and you should have declared it. If you work directly or indirectly for an organisation, or otherwise are acting on its behalf, you required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You could have posted such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at Balkrushnaskadam. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Balkrushnaskadam|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Note that editing with a COI is discouraged, but permitted as long as it is declared. Concealing a COI as you did can lead to a block. You did not provide the required disclosure.
What you did not write was any real facts to show how your company meets the notability guidelines. You don't mention any verifiable facts such as the number of employees, management structure, turnover or profits
You must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews.
