[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Indigo, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Timtjtim (talk) 14:20, 31 July 2025 (UTC)
Hello, I'm RegentsPark. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. Minor Edits
[edit]Hi there,
I wanted to welcome you to Wikipedia. It's always great to have someone join the community - I hope you choose to stay.
Please stop using the Minor_edit flag. It's best to default to not using this, and only enabling it in exceptional cases - e.g. replacing a instance of "a" with "an". At present you appear to be routinely marking every edit as minor, which has implications for others' ability to monitor changes to articles for potential mistakes (which is particularly helpful in the case of new users). 路路路sardonism 路 t 路 c 15:12, 31 July 2025 (UTC)
- Hi Sardonism,
- Thank you so much for your kind welcome and for guiding me about the proper use of the "minor edit" flag. I truly appreciate you taking the time to explain it clearly.
- I'm still learning how everything works on Wikipedia, and I now understand that minor edits should be reserved for very small, technical changes. I鈥檒l make sure to use it appropriately going forward and be more careful in how I mark my contributions.
- Thanks again for your support and patience.
- Best regards,
