Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, Adflatusstalk 23:20, 10 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at White Americans, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. Sorry for that. Just tried to help. Didn’t know there was something like a “sandbox” page. How can I access it? Archemax 364 (talk) 04:53, 8 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
This Wikipedia:Sandbox tells you how to create your own. Happy editing, Adflatusstalk 06:05, 8 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Donald Albury. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Miami, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. The source cited at the end of the sentence that you changed says specifically, "Gateway to Latin America". If you want to add "Gateway to the Americas", you will need to find a reliable source that uses that exact wording. Donald Albury 20:03, 31 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I reverted for the same reason. This editor doesn’t seem to understand sources. Doug Weller talk 18:18, 1 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
