Hi Anthony! Abstract: it is very concise and gives us the key features of the rheumatoid lung disease. May be include how often the disease occurs in people and how it occurs to cover the epidemiology part listed in the rubric.
Mechanism: the antibodies and PADI enzyme activation part of the mechanism was easy to understand. May be expand on that a little bit (if you can find some primary articles or clinical trials) to this section and relate how this causes or how it may lead to the symptoms.
Signs and symptoms and possible manifestations: Looks like you listed most of the symptoms. Maybe you can say what part of the body is specifically affected (lungs in this case).
Diagnosis: It says which doctors need to be seen and clearly states the different tests performed and specific symptoms that can be found by those tests. Maybe include lifestyle indicators and if any sub types exist for rheumatoid lung disease.
Causes and prevention: if would be helpful if you added how and if this disease spreads. For example if it is genetic then it will not spread from person to person but it will be inherited. If there are any CDC recommendations you could add those. Other than that the prevention part was to the point and listed what can be done from the patient’s side.
Treatment and prognosis: It looks good. Since there is not much known about rheumatoid lung disease, you could see if there are any clinical trials that are taking place or primary research that helps us understand rheumatoid lung disease.
Recent research: this talks about UIP. You can say how UIP relates to rheumatoid lung disease so this section will help make sense about how UIP leads to rheumatoid lung disease.

Anthony has made a great attempt at a lot of the sections! The mechanism and diagnosis section are great! Only thing I would say needs to be added are more references and citations. There are no citations present after any sentences in most of your sections. Make sure to say where you have found certain facts. Other than that great start! - Nice abstract!
- Try to make your mechanism a little more accessible. At least link heavily, possibly add some explanations or choose simpler terms if possible.
- Lots more links
- Needs citations. Also, make sure you are citing in proper format.
- You are not writing for a patient, you are writing an encyclopedia article. Revise diagnosis & prevention.
