One of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. These sources step far beyond those policies. These sources not only mention him but focus on him as the main subject, highlighting his leadership roles across various organizations in Uganda, Africa, and the United Kingdom. These sources have covered his elevation to prominent positions in these regions.

You cannot simply recreate a deleted article at a fake title. Even a new editor can't possibly think that's ethical. If you do something like that again, you'll be blocked from editing. We're generally willing to help new editors, as long as they seem to be behaving ethically. Once it seems like they're trying to cheat, we aren't so friendly. I've speedy deleted the article Victoria Larsen

This exact article (with tiny cosmetic differences) was deleted at the end of January because of the discussion at WP:Articles for deletion/Victoria Larsen. You can't just put the same content in draft space, wait a few weeks, and move it to article space. That's dishonest. I've deleted the page per speedy deletion category WP:CSD#G4. I'm also protecting the article title so this cannot be re-added again without being accepted at WP:Articles for creation. Floquenbeam (talk) 22:07, 26 February 2025 (UTC)
