Hi Dylan! It seems that you are adding really interesting facts to the COVID article. I would like to see if you would be adding any additional information to the article besides the points that you have included in your sandbox, but otherwise a really great start! I would suggest keeping your eyes on the news, as a lot of new findings have recently come up that may be of interest.

What does the article (or section) do well? This article clearly explains the causal effect that we see occurring between the real estate market and the coronavirus pandemic. It also discusses and compares previous pandemics/health issues in the US, and how that ultimately effected the real estate market. What changes would you suggest overall? I would suggest including a sub-sub-title to organize the content of the entire article/edit. In my opinion, it would have better flow (especially for a Wikipedia reader). What is the most important thing that the author could do to improve his/her contribution? The most important thing the author could do is to add a section about unemployment and how that links to people not paying their rent in time, or not being able to pay it at all. Did you glean anything from your classmate's work that could be applicable to your own? If so, let him/her know! I wrote a section about the economy, so I might be extracting some information about how the US economy is dealing with the damage to the real estate market.Azizalshalfan (talk) 01:50, 30 May 2020 (UTC)
