Hello. Please review WP:RSP, which states Geni is not a reliable source. Please only add information to articles from reliable sources. Almost universally, genealogical websites do not count toward notability or RS, as you have been trying to add to Jakob "Jackie" Gerlich. Thank you. --Kbabej (talk) 19:25, 23 September 2021 (UTC)

Partial block from Jakob "Jackie" Gerlich
[edit]
You have been blocked from editing certain areas of the encyclopedia for a period of one week for disruptive editing. Specifically, you've ignored the warnings above, despite the status of Geni.com having been explained to you (Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Perennial_sources#Geni.com). Note that you still retain the ability to edit the article talk page (Talk:Jakob "Jackie" Gerlich), a blank page at the time of my writing this. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page:
{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
