The actress that portrays Ning Chung-chak is in fact actress Yan Pak who also portrays Yuk Lo-Sat in the TVB series The Return of Luk Siu-fung. I refer you to the Wikipedia page on Luk Siu-fung and to these two links to TVB's website for The Return of Luk Siu-fung (https://www.tvbanywherena.com/cantonese/series/2453-TheReturnOfLukSiuFung) and The Smiling, Proud Wanderer (1984 TV series) (https://www.tvbanywherena.com/cantonese/series/2821-TheSmilingProudWanderer) so that you may verify that this is the same actress.
