Request reason:

WP:CLEANSTART Says, I can simply discontinue using the old account, and I can create a new account which becomes the only account I then use, and This is what I did. I was never going to edit on the old account. If I am unblocked, I want all of my Sub user pages back and I want this user name to be my main account. I was hoping that I can be unblock now. While we're happy for people who get off on the wrong foot to make a legitimate start under a new name, this does not so much apply to users who are blocked, because that is block evasion.
