This ip address editing the article Spire of Notre-Dame de Paris has done nothing wrong. It is not even close to vandalism. The only reason they did it is because They wanted to restore an old revision that made sense. Whereas you, decide to mark it as "vandalism." Currently,you are also an up address. You currently have no right to block unless you're an administrator. I was logged out of my account and decided to edit with an ip range. I changed an edit from destroyed to destruction (basically the same thing), but this ip user decided to revert it, calling it "Unconstructive vandalism". Not threatening you, but then I reverted it back and looked at his talk pages. He was basically doing the same to another ip user. So I decided to take action and reverted. He reverted back and called me "the angry one here". I thought no one would revert it back so I decided to revert it. I reverted again after he reverted it. Then he laughed at me. I decided to revert it again, so then he called me childish. You can look at the Spire page for further evidence, end of conversation. :) Pankeyk (talk) 03:06, 16 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
