[edit]Not whining. pointing out tradition and accepted norms. It has been known since the 1970's that 2 consecutive quarters of lowered real GDP is the markings of a recession. By the Democrats who were in power along with the Media say that it is not, goes against the Norm and Accepted social definition. It means that they re-defined it.
