Template:Anonblock must not be substituted as the contact details on it could change. Template:uw-vandalism1 is fine to substitute as there are no contact details on it. To substitute a template you just put subst before it, so instead of typing {{uw-vandalism1}}, I type {{subst:uw-vandalism1}}. --Ferien (talk) 19:56, 3 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
