Thanks for your draft. Right now, it doesn’t meet Wikipedia’s notability guidelines because there aren’t enough solid, independent sources that talk about Project Look Sharp in detail (see WP:GNG and WP:THREE). Wikipedia looks for secondary sources like news stories, books, or academic articles written by people not connected to the topic. The sources currently in the draft either focus on the founders or only mention the program briefly, which is not enough to establish notability for a stand-alone article.
