Information icon Hello, I'm Toddy1. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Godi media seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can discuss it on the article talk page. Thank you. -- Toddy1 (talk) 16:48, 13 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Adding categories such as Category:Religious controversies in India and Category:Controversies in India indiscriminately to articles on India is not helpful. You need to explain what you are doing and why with an edit summary each time. It helps a lot if you use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, and to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.

The edit summary field looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account, you can give yourself a reminder by setting Preferences → Editing → Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary (or the default undo summary), and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! -- Toddy1 (talk) 19:39, 13 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
