Request reason:

I'm the Systems Administrator for Oakdale highschool,Frederick county Maryland. I have spoken with the Sept. 2021 vandal personally months ago and appropriate measures have been taken to prevent this happening in the future. We check edits made from this IP address regularly and check with user history on the school chromebooks to identify who is making unconstructive edits. Thanks for your cooperation, Andrew Davis 216.200.228.202 (talk) 14:23, 6 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This has been going on for years, it's not just a single vandal. Your note here does not convince me there'll be zero vandalism going forward, so I'm afraid we'll have to leave the block in place. This does not prevent people from editing, however; they simply need to sign in with an account. Yamla (talk) 15:00, 6 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
