This is a shared IP Address. It is used by our school for educational purposes. Some people abuse these edits, but the whole ip address shouldn't be blocked. And being blocked until November 2020 is ridiculous!

I understand, but our school system doesn't allow creating accounts on websites such as these. Plus, account creation has been disabled by the user who blocked our ip address.

That's what I did! The URL it takes me to is: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:CreateAccount&campaign=loginCTA. It said: Account creation from this IP address (204.14.14.162) has been temporarily restricted. This is probably due to persistent vandalism from the IP address you are editing from, which may be shared by many people if you are connected to the Internet via a proxy server (used by most schools and corporations and some Internet service providers) or dial-up access.
