WP:AFL Style Guide
[edit]Please familiarise yourself with the WP:AFL style guide. Unless otherwise agreed project-wide in a discussion at WT:AFL the agreed style weighing references, history and consistency is to use Kangaroos in place of North Melbourne from 1999 until 2007. This can be challenged at WT:AFL, but edits to the contrary on individual pages will be reverted until such a consensus is reached. Aspirex (talk) 10:42, 16 April 2024 (UTC)
- This is pedantic nonsense the AFL official statistics state the winner of the 1999 premiership is North Melbourne which counts more than your rules Wikipedia should state fact not opinion. 175.38.117.125 (talk) 10:57, 16 April 2024 (UTC)
- I have told you before, this project (like many other references) has rightly or wrongly adopted the agreed style of Kanharoos from 1999-2007. You are welcome to raise a discussion to change the style at WT:AFL, but until there is a consensus to change, please stop changing North Melbourne to Kangaroos in that time period.
