Request reason:
I made a good faith edit to the page of Mathieu Darche to reflect his hiring as general manager of the New York Islanders. My edit was reversed and I was blocked. An hour later the exact edit I made was reinstated. I don’t believe I was being “disruptive” and I feel my block is unnecessary.
Decline reason:
This IP address is not blocked, and I don't see where you cited your change as required by WP:CITE. See WP:V for more details on that. No big deal, just explaining why it was correctly reverted. Yamla (talk) 19:56, 23 May 2025 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Okay, still says I’m blocked until July by Daniel Case for making a disruptive edit.
An explanation for the block would be nice. If I made a mistake I’d like to know what that is for the future.

- This IP address is not directly blocked. If you were using a proxy or a VPN, you need to wait a full 24 hours after disabling it, for the block to clear. If not, please exactly follow the instructions which appear when you attempt to edit. You'll need to provide more information to us, so we can find the indirect block affecting you. --Yamla (talk) 20:23, 23 May 2025 (UTC)

You're not blocked, and never have been. -- asilvering (talk) 04:08, 24 May 2025 (UTC)

Why does it say I’ve been blocked by Daniel Case a few min after I made the edit? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.41.102.191 (talk • contribs)
- We've already told you there's nothing we can do for you unless you exactly follow the instructions which appear when you attempt to edit. Please stop making these unblock requests unless you exactly follow the instructions, because there's literally nothing we can do for you unless you provide the additional information that appears when you attempt to edit. --Yamla (talk) 10:26, 24 May 2025 (UTC)
