Ludic Language Pedagogy is an independent rolling open access open peer-reviewed academic journal. It was established in 2019 and covers research on language learning and teaching, focusing primarily on language teaching with games and other playful materials and interactions. The current editor-in-chief are James York (Tokyo Denki University) and Jonathan deHaan (University of Shizuoka).

The official font of LLP is Roboto. The logo consists of two characters of the PETSCII character set.
