[edit]This is a list of polities which exist that are neither states nore dependent territories under international law.
Condominiums
[edit]- Abyei - Dejure a condominium of Sudan and South Sudan, with binational administring authority. In practice two separate authorities, one pro-Sudan the other pro-South Sudan administer the territory de-facto along with the UN mission in Abyei.
- Moselle River Condominium - Shared between Luxembourg and Germany, consists of the portion of the Moselle river that constitutes the border of Luxembourg and Germany and several islands. Administered in part by the Moselle Commission
Neutral Territories
