User:Wordcommando1 I'm a veteran residing in Los Angeles, CA, studying creative writing, with intent to attain an MFA—Masters in Fine Arts.

My first short-story in fiction has been published in an established publication, As You Were: The Military Review, Vol. 6, in Military Experience & The Arts.

My second short-story in fiction has been accepted for publication in an upcoming quarterly print journal, O-Dark-Thirty.

I am currently finishing up on my third short story.

I intend to give light to veterans who are suffering from PTSD, and other mental issues, and how creative writing and the process of getting their creative art form published, is wholly beneficial to the veteran, in many ways as expounded on in the article about becoming a Wordcommando.
