Zenno Astronautics (also known as Zenno) is a New Zealand- and United States-based aerospace company creating and building superconducting magnets for space applications.
History
[edit]In 2022, Zenno Astronautics raised NZD$10.5 million in seed funding from New Zealand, U.S. and European investors. This was one of the largest seed rounds in New Zealand's history.[1]
In December 2023, Zenno launched a prototype of its Z01 SuperTorquer aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket on the Korea 425 Mission from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.[2][3]
