In order of age, higest to lowest: Rusty, Melissa, Cody, Johnny, Melissa. They have lived in Wabash, Indiana since 1988. John (Father) is estranged and living in Oklahoma City. Benjamin lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City. He is formerly homeless and in recovery of crystal meth, still attending meetings every other day.
