Found spammy URLs being used for references. Example: isteroids.c0m/steroids/Testosterone%20Cypionate.html lists a lot of apparently useful information, even footnotes.

• How much spamminess should we tolerate?
• At what point is the URL an ad and not a reference?

Where's his real place of birth? Most sources imply in/around Sumter, SC; IMDb says Corry, PA.

• Would like a reference for this outside A&E or fanstuff. IMDb now consistent.
• Bio needs additional cleanup and cites for CV/academics.
