Chew Sir Boon (Simplified Chinese: 周 世 抆; Born 20 January 1991) is the Chairman of the Terengganu State Liaison Committee of the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) party appointed by MCA President Datuk Seri Ir. Dr. Wee Ka Siong on 16 November 2018. He is currently also a Member of the MCA Presidential Council and a Member of the MCA Central Committee. At the divisional level, he was appointed as the Kuala Terengganu MCA Division Chairman.

Active in Youth Organizations

Prior to his involvement in politics, he was active in youth organizations and was the President of the Malaysian Youth Movement (YMM) and a Member of the Supreme Council of Maljis Belia Malaysia (MBM). Apart from that, he was also the Chairman of the Malaysian Youth Movement (YMM) Terengganu at the young age of 20 years.

EMCO President

In 2017, he served as the President of the Eight Coalitions of Youth Organizations (EMCO) comprising the Malaysian Youth Movement (YMM), the Malaysian United Youth Movement Organization (GBBM), the Malaysian Xiang Lian Youth Association, the Malaysian Young Graduates Association (GRADUAN), Malaysian Buddhist Youth Association, Malaysian Advanced Entrepreneurs Association (PUMM), Christian Youth Association, JCI Kuala Lumpur Mandarin (JCIKLM).

Involvement in MCA

He was appointed as the Chief of the Terengganu MCA Youth Bureau in 2009 until 2014. In 2014, he was appointed as the Deputy Organizing Secretary of the Terengganu MCA.
