Dr.Uma Maheswara Rao Ganguru did his B.Sc. in BZC from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur in 2004, M.Sc. from Bharathior University, Coimbatore in 2006 and he earned his Ph.D from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Univesity, Hyderabad in 2012.

Dr.Uma Maheswara Rao Ganguru has 3 years of teaching, 4 years of Research and 2 years of industrial experience.He has published 7 research papers in National and International journals covering the fields of Emerging Pollutants, their monitoring, fate and effects, development of low cost enzymatic methods for field monitoring of emerging pollutants from the environment, bioremediation, phytoremediation of toxic pollutants and Industrial wastewater treatment.
