Correct terminology

Deleted -> delete

I have closed a discussion in which the page in question was deleted by an administrator in reference to this (or another) discussion, however, the administrator did not close the XfD discussion, so I have now done that. Due to myself not being an administrator, XfD closer appears to have backlisted the word "delete," so I have gone back to correct the outcome to properly reflect convention.

Usually, the edit summary that I would use would be corrected reason terminology (deleted -> delete), custom reason field in XFDcloser blacklists delete

Speedily deleted -> speedy delete

I have closed a discussion in which the page in question was deleted by an administrator for matching at least one of the CSD criteria. Due to myself not being an administrator, XfD closer appears to have backlisted the phrase "speedy delete," so I have gone back to correct the outcome to properly reflect convention.

TSD's (XfD) "standard offer"

If someone can come up with irrefutable reliable (secondary) sources that are independent of the subject(s) that I missed (or weren't available when I !voted), then please {{ping}} me and I will happily reconsider my !vote.

Page artificially lengthened so that links to a specific section will put that at the top.
