Article Evaluation

The article is fairly short and does not go into to much detail about the product itself. The article provides a fairly decent history and introduction but that is about all. The article also features multiple unnecessary elements (at least unnecessary regarding the section they are in) that make it feel a bit spooled together. The sources seem pretty good in comparison to how short the article is, and the page seem up to date. The page could benefit significantly from, additional information on the products, process and ownership of the company, more pictures and descriptions of the artwork, formatting the page (giving it sections and a introduction) and continuing the work where it was left off. ::Pros, the page itself is pretty lacking, there is a lot I can (hopefully) add .:Cons, it may be difficult to find unbiased sources talking about the product.

Article Evaluation

The article features a very decent introduction and fairly strong descriptions of the gameplay. Most of the sources seem satisfactory, however some of the individual links (and citation numbers) are the same source (lead to the same website). With a basic review, there are a few important things that can be added and improved to the page, first a lot of sections state "citations missing" which should be a pretty simple problem to fix, secondly, the page does not feature a lot of strong data and variables with its descriptions, this makes it both harder to understand the information then it needs to be and causes people looking for in depth data to walk away empty handed. Outside of editorial improvements, the page could benefit from more information about the game such as the previous and current card sets, items and augments. ::For the Assignment:Pros, this page features a lot of room for improvement and polishing, it is also on a subject I have some degree of experience with, supported in a space (video games) that I have a lot of interest and experience in. This project would also feature a lot of data set, category's and tables seen and talked about in the class lectures.::Cons, although it is rated a start class, the page has a fairly decent foundation already laid out, while there is a lot I can add, the page will require more of a polish and support route, instead of making something new.

Article Evaluation

The article has a pretty good foundation, giving a generally overview of the gameplay and the basic development history. The sources work and are significantly varied by author, however are, for the most part, primarily news reports and blogs. The article has a lot of room to grow, not much of the game itself (levels, bosses, "bros") was covered. The page is also fairly out dated, referencing older gameplay mechanics (some of which do not exist anymore) or not including new additions. While there does not appear to be any noticeable unnecessary content, There is some strong dedication to sections such as the inspiration for the game while neglecting other sections such as the gameplay and core mechanics. ::One significant issue, in the introduction, either the contributor to the wiki page was the same contributor to the IMBD page, or there might be a minor amount of plagiarizing, either by the IMBD contributor from this page or vise versa.. :) The wikipedia page states "a bro, a hypermasculine action hero-style commando, who fights terrorists and rescues his bro teammates and prisoners of war from captivity."
