Usage

This template is used by TenshiBot when notifying editors that their contested technical request has been removed from Wikipedia:Requested moves/Technical requests and how they can start a requested move discussion.

The oldid parameter can be specified to use a specific revision as a permalink instead of Wikipedia:Requested moves/Technical requests/Permalink (default).
