Robert Birdsall

Robert Birdsall (born 28th March 1991) is an Irish Footballer who plays as Goalkeeper for Waterford United in the League of Ireland.

Birdsall was born in Keighley England. He played youth football in County Kerry in the Republic of Ireland with Tralee Dynamos

From 2008 to 2011 Robert spent three years in the League Of ireland A championship.

Birdsall then signed for Blyth Spartans in the Conference North in July 2011 to gain first team football and made his debut in a 2-2 draw and remained a regular.

In January 2013 Robert returned to Ireland and signed for League of Ireland side Cobh Ramblers After two years Robert then signed for Waterford United in December 2014.
