Lumina Learning is an international learning and development company known for the personality psychometric, Lumina Spark^[1]. It was founded by Dr Stewart Desson, an experienced Business Psychologist and Organisational Development consultant.

Lumina Spark

Lumina Spark is the company's flagship online psychometric, launched in 2009. It is a Big Five model that focuses on measuring both ends of each factor of personality, and on reducing evaluative bias.

Lumina Splash App

The Lumina Splash app, a psychometrics app used to display, share and compare a Lumina Spark profile, was released ^[2] in 2016. It was the first psychometric assessment to include a digital component ^[3]
