Moses Umoru

Moses Umoru is a Nigerian business executive, chartered management consultant, and public speaker. He currently serves as the Director General of the Franco-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), a bilateral organization established in 1985 to promote trade and investment between France and Nigeria.[1]

Early Life and Education

Umoru holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Benin. He earned a master's degree in Project Management and is pursuing an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University. Additionally, he possesses several professional certifications in finance, strategic management, and communications.[2]

Umoru began his professional journey in the financial sector, working as a research analyst at Forthright Securities and Investment Limited, a member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He later transitioned to the Corporate Affairs department as the assistant head of Forthright Group of Companies. During his tenure, he received the "Best Staff Award" in both 2013 and 2014.[2]

In January 2016, Umoru joined the FNCCI as the Programs/Communications Director.
