Download demo at http://browsers.evolt.org/?emissary/2.0demo .Run sandboxed. After installation, change emissary under C\Program Files\emissary to Windows 95 compatibility. Run browser outside of sandbox. To view page, View->Viewers->Hypertext. Has help files at C\Program Files\emissary
