Desciption A Flimsy is a derogative term widely used for the name of an A4 plastic wallet.

History Although the precise date that the term was first used is unknown, it is know that in the early 20th century academics such as professors in universities all around the south of England began to use the term instead of the otherwise known form of a plastic wallet. Uses Example: Hey im filing some papers, pass me a Flimsy! Plurar: I need lots of Flimsies! Past tense: I remember when everybody used a Flimsy.
