During the evaluation of reading a couple of articles, I realized that even though the writer of the article had multiple information, they still lacked in clarifying their explanation. For example, the tuition part in the California Assembly Bill 540 was unclear on who was paying as a resident and non resident.Shellym00 (talk) 18:45, 7 April 2017 (UTC)
